Open to everyone curious about solutions to climate change developed in Tamil Nadu and France
The Alliance Française of Madras will host a Conference to discuss climate change, clean technologies and related issues, bringing together leading scientists, industry heads and governmental bodies representing France and India. This event is in the frame of the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21/CMP11), otherwise known as “Paris 2015”, as this crucial conference will be hosted by Paris (France) in November 2015. France will therefore be playing a leading international role to ensure that different points of view converge and to facilitate the quest for consensus by the United Nations, as well as within the European Union, a key player in climate negotiations.
This event is organized by the French Consulate General of Pondicherry, the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry and AREVA Renewable Energies India.
